Step 1: Consultation

In our first meeting, we’ll get to know each other and fill out your Home Survey. This information will help me understand how you live in your home, where the opportunities are for improvement, and how I can help you reach your goals. Then we’ll create a detailed plan that works within your parameters and timeline.

Step 2: Design

As a trained Interior Designer, I can help you define your unique style and apply it in your home. I can assist with space planning, lighting recommendations, surface selection, color palette creation, furniture selection, and more. Whether it’s one closet or a room-by-room renovation, I will meet your design needs with skill and expertise.

Raebird’s House work closely with local master carpenter, Brent Batson, of IN-LINE Home Repair, LLC. He has 20 years of contract and home repair experience and is a dedicated craftsman. IN-LINE Home Repair is a licensed, bonded, and insured business.

Step 3: Organization

Closets, cabinets, and garages get messy. Don’t fret! I can help you tackle any project and leave you with spaces that are organized, efficient, and more functional than ever before. I will also whisk away your unwanted items to a donation center of your choosing for free!

step 4: chemical-free cleaning

Need help with chores? Raebird’s House offers chemical-free cleaning services that fit into any budget. I’ll send you a checklist to fill out and then provide you with an estimate that includes pricing, number of cleaners needed, and number of hours to complete the tasks. I use E-Cloth Microfiber cloths to limit exposure to harsh chemicals, and to cut back on plastic waste. If you already have favorite products on-hand we’re happy to accommodate their use! When more than E-Clothes and water is needed, we’ll always use cleaning products that are easy on the environment.
